We implement strict full-process QC standard from raw yarn incoming inspection to finished fabric shipment, sticking to five core guarantees: guaranteed blending ratio, density, GSM, bleach performance and dyeing stability. Raw material check: test yarn count, strength before spinning; Mid-production inspection: loom real-time patrol for weave defect, skewness and fabric density; Post-dye lab testing: test color fastness (dry rubbing ≥Grade4, wet rubbing ≥Grade3, perspiration resistance ≥Grade4), shrinkage and anti-fading property with eco-friendly dyestuff; Final pre-shipment full inspection: grade ABC sorting, reject defective goods before packing; accept third-party inspection authorized by clients.

Our Services

Founded in 1998 in Jinzhou, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, Longma Textile has developed from a small spinning workshop into a vertically integrated textile enterprise covering spinning, sizing, weaving and dyeing processing after over 20 years’ development. Starting with pocketing fabric production only, we gradually expanded product lines to workwear twill, shirting fabric, medical textile and lining cloth. We shifted from domestic bulk supply to global export business, with stable clients across Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and South America.
